double knee hang climb:

(sticky knee climb, hocks climb) (variation: curtain climb)

an invert climb based on the double knee hang. split the fabrics, invert, and do a double knee hang on one fabric or the other. walk your hands up the fabric you aren't hanging from, then switch to one hand on each fabric, hang free, and repeat. you can alternate sides, or not, as you like.

this may be slightly easier than a fully-committed hands-free upside-down double knee hang, since you can use your hands to take some of the weight.

note that this is different from what i've called a split silk knee hang climb in that here both knees go on the same fabric, next to each other.

curtain climb: a variation, as with the double knee hang, is to spread the fabrics out together, and climb on the fabric edges.

uses/builds on: double knee hang
