Ramon windmill fall
From Silkworms
ramon windmill fall:
(windmill rolldown, wheel down, snowflake, corset roll, helicopter)
from ramon wrap, hold your body parallel to the floor, styled as you like; rotate as you let the tail play through your hand to descend, switching which hand holds the tail as you need to.
a lot of the skill in this is keeping the fabric from cinching tight around your torso, stopping your descent and cutting off your breath. you can prevent this by where you let the wrap be on your body and how you turn in it.
you only descend as fast as you allow, so in that regard this drop is very gentle. i usually hook a knee over the fabric when i'm done descending.
uses/builds on: ramon wrap
