Two and a half dive

two and a half dive:

this is basically one drop on top of another, making the whole thing longer and more dramatic. do the setup for a double dive, then climb up the pole into butt-floss position as if setting up for a one and a half dive.

variation: the facebook link below has an extra thigh wrap and an extra waist wrap compared with the setup i'd described for the double dive. the extra waist wrap apparently allows a bit more flexibility in arm positioning during the drop.
